                Our Panettone are baked by a family bakery that still operates near the city walls in the
                Veneto province, opposite the Venice lagoon using a natural yeast sourdough and fresh eggs.
                Being organic it is entirely natural with no artificial additives or processes: a product that
                Italians recognise as being similar to home baked.

                                                     These organic cantuccini are made by cutting slices
                                                     of the part baked oblong almond biscuit 'loaf' while
                                                     still hot and fresh from baking in the oven, forming a
                                                     hard, crunchy biscuit that goes perfectly with
                                                     dessert wine or coffee.












                 OC003   Lubeck Honey Marzipan

                 Lubeck is the champagne of Marzipan and with a massive
                 60% of ground almond paste you really don’t need to ask
                 why.  Many who don’t like marzipan have been surprised
                 to taste this one.  Wrapped in a thin casing of dark bitter
                 chocolate and packed full of almonds, we've even replaced
                 the sugar with honey for a truly subtle, melting marzipan
