Spreads and Dips

Many vegetable spreads are made from yeast, fats and other fillers
which have very little nutritional worth. Our organic spreads offer
a nutritious and flavoursome Alternative.

They are the perfect accompaniment to Organico Breadsticks and Rubata.

Spring Artichoke Spread and Dip
The finest organic fresh artichokes, pure extra virgin olive oil, lemon
juice, onions, garlic and a delicious hint of marjoram.

Roasted Pepper Spread and Dip
We pick sun-ripened peppers in Southern Italy, harvest, prepare and roast them
on site. This is the base of our pepper spread to which we add onions, garlic, sun
dried tomatoes and a little lemon and vinegar to balance the taste.

Italian Garlic Spread and Dip
Our Italian spread is made from garlic blended with extra virgin olive oil that is
grown, picked and packed all on the same farm. Great stirred in with pasta, as
a dip for breadsticks or crudités.

Roasted Aubergine Spread and Dip
Our roasted aubergine spread is made using the finest organic fresh aubergines,
pure extra virgin olive oil, chickpeas, lemon juice, onions and a little seasoning
