PERFECT NEUTRAL – BAUWERK’S WITCH HAZEL

The search for the ideal neutral is not as easy as it would
initially appear. Pure whites can be too stark, while trying
to warm it up means possibly straying into magnolia
territory. Bauwerk’s Witch Hazel is a beautiful middle
ground. Part grey, part beige and with notes of pink,
this lime paint is made with clay, minerals and natural
pigments so it has a richness that means it works in
both cool and warm schemes. The colour wheel is your
oyster when it comes to choosing accompanying
shades. For a soothing feel, sage or olive are perfect
partners, soft browns and whites add elegance, while
a punchy orange or coral will bring vibrancy.
