MANAGING DIRECTOR

Eric Lam is an industrially trained Concrete and Structure Repair
specialist with over 30 years of experience in Civil Engineering and
building repair solutions. His notable past involvements include
prestigious projects such as the KLCC Twin Towers, Malaysia Smart
Tunnel, and the Malaysia LRT and MRT Projects. He holds a Diploma
in Civil Engineering.

JIMMY CS LAI
COO
Jimmy Lai graduated with a degree with Environmental Science and
Master of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Finance.
Jimmy Lai has more than 10 years of experience in environmental
engineering and consultancy services and more than 15 years of
experience in banking, business process re-engineering(BPR),
corporate finance and international marketing.

VINCENT LOW
MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (M&E)

Vincent Low is an electrical and electronic engineer by profession.
He has more than 15 years of experience in M&E engineering
design, fabrication, installation and project commissioning for
various manufacturing industries. He graduated with a Bachelor
Degree in E&E from University of John Moores Liverpool, UK.

PETER CHAN
CONCRETE SPECIALIST
Peter Chan is a Senior Concrete Solution Technical Consultant with
over 25 years of experience in building material trading, particularly
in concrete products. In his previous role, he led the Technical Sales
Team at the largest Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX) company in Malaysia,
collaborating closely with specifiers, architects, and engineers to
deliver high-performance, innovative, and sustainable concrete
solutions. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Chemistry and
has obtained various certificates in Concrete Technology.
