3.2 Project Planning Phase
In the planning phase, the project's area of focus, problem statement,
objectives, scope, and significance are identified. This step ensured a clear
understanding of the project's purpose and set the direction for the subsequent
phases. Additionally, research is conducted to find a suitable dataset that
would be used for implementation and analysis. This dataset played an
important role in providing the necessary information and insights to support
the project's goals. Furthermore, the planning phase included a review of
online articles and journals to gather valuable knowledge and insights from
existing research. This helped to understand the current state of the field and
identify relevant methodologies or techniques to be applied.
The information gathered can be used as references guide in the research. The
information is about stroke, machine learning, big data, the tools and
programming language used and related works. This phase highlights the
problem experience by user due to lack of tools and accessibility of accessing
stroke. The outcome from this phase is the background study, problem
statements, objective, scope and significance and the final title suitable for
this project. This phase also includes literature reviews of this project. Table
3.1 shows the planning phase details.
