FOSTER CARE IS
COMMUNITY CARE
It is important for children to have safe and loving homes. During a child's earliest years, they are learning to form
attachments, communicate, and express affection. They are developing self-esteem and a sense of self-worth.
Children's Friend's Foster Parents are not only meeting the basic needs that all children have; they are planting
seeds for future success. Our Foster Parents come from all different backgrounds but have one thing in common:
the commitment to making a difference in the life of a child. Thank you to our dedicated Foster Parents who open
their homes and hearts to children who need them.
