Jing Qi has visited the Adelaide Convention Centre in South Australia, venue of the ASPIRE 2023 Congress next September, and her tasks in the lead-up to the event include maintaining regular contact with presenters, managing travel and accommodation matters, coordinating abstract submissions, arranging sponsorship and participation in the Congress exhibition.
The secretariat is a driving force in building the ASPIRE membership base with a major new recruitment focus among embryologists, fertility nurses, midwives, counsellors and medical technicians.
“In less than a year, we have increased membership of fertility nurses, midwives and counsellors to 650, and we are putting in place further outreach efforts to build on that number,” Jing Qi explained.
Jing Qi and Cassandra speak both Chinese and English and their lines of communication across the membership are constantly active on social media portals including Twitter, Telegram, Facebook and LinkedIn along with direct email contact with members.
They also play key coordinating roles with the ASPIRE Newsletter, which has been significantly refreshed in design and content.
Away from their busy work schedules, Jing Qi and Cassandra enjoy times with their families. One of Jing Qi great joys is exploring the outdoors through adventure hiking while Cassandra’s favourite past time is digital drawing.
