Recent SIG Activities
The Embryology SIG recently held two webinars. How to Read and Understand Scientific Data/Paper (with a Focus on Clinical Embryology) was presented by Professors Ben Mol, Rui Wang and Gab Kovacs.
This was followed by AI and Time-Lapse Incubation presented by Professor Charles Bormann, Drs Giovanni Coticchio, Satoshi Ueno and Cristina Hickman and Ms Lorena Bori.
The webinars were very well received with high numbers of participants throughout the Asia Pacific region and beyond.
The focus of the scientific data/paper webinar was on evaluating the quality of a published clinical research article, preparing data for scientific research and publication, and analysing a published article as an exercise.
In the AI webinar, participants gained basic knowledge about artificial intelligence and terminology and current applications along with challenges presented by the technology.
We encourage members to register for the quality control certification course and look forward to meeting you all in the upcoming online modules.
