The Pakistan National Institute of Health has continued efforts to bring the COVID-19 pandemic under control.
Precautions apply in hospitals and all workplaces to reduce the spread of the infection. This includes fertility clinics.
At our LIFE clinic we have educated couples to wear masks and use sanitizers, especially during visits to the clinic. We only treat fully vaccinated couples in our clinic.
The ASPIRE 2023 Congress in South Australia in September is being promoted in Pakistan and to the end of March we had more than 70 doctors registered for the meeting. Many local doctors have also submitted abstracts for the Congress so hopefully Pakistan will feature prominently in the program.
The Gynaecon conference was presented in March 2023 in city of Peshawar. The aim was to enhance the public’s understanding of gynaecological problems and women’s health generally, but also to promote guidelines to health care providers.
