SMART HOTELS


             Smart hotels are the introduction of

           technology in the hospitality industry to
           automate customer service, streamline
            operations and provide a personalized
        experience for guests. With the advancement
          of technology, the hospitality industry has
         increasingly embraced smart technology to
         enhance the guest experience. Smart hotels
        use mobile applications, digital assistants, and

          automated systems to provide guests with
        personalized services. These services include
         in-room controls, voice-activated services,
          automatic temperature adjustment, and
                         keyless entry.

                            Smart hotels provide guests with enhanced security features
                           through various technological innovations. Keyless entry using

                         mobile applications or facial recognition technology has replaced
                       traditional key cards, providing an additional layer of security. Smart

                           hotels also use a variety of sensors and monitoring systems to
                            detect environmental changes such as smoke, gas leaks, and

                                                       unusual activity.
