In some quarters, Buddhism is seen as a path of high morality, mutual support and
self-sacrifice. But the fact that people are living in destitution in Buddhist countries
like Nepal, Tibet and Cambodia shows clearly that this mutual support and self-sac-
rifice is not a reality.
