of Allah and, as in all his other activities,
maintains a middle road in the way he
walks. This is acceptable both in the sight of Allah
and in the eyes of believers.
Believers know that Allah created human beings and
endows them with all their characteristics. But those who don't
follow the teachings of the Qur'an don't appreciate this fact and
think that the qualities they have are their own. These people who
think that their beauty, wealth, knowledge and suc-
cess belong to themselves be-
come proud and arrogant.
