Hello boys and girls, I am a turtle. You have prob-
ably seen many turtles before. Maybe you have even
played with one. Human beings usually like us. People
make jokes about us because
we move so slowly. Oh !

I forgot to tell you how
old I am.

I am somewhere between 1.8 and 5 million years
old. That makes me a very old turtle. You will see the

pictures of two of my friends on the back of this
page. They are turtles like me. One of my friends is
