from my pictures,
128 million- years-
old- cockroaches
are no different
from those living
in our day.

Fossils do not always come
from petrification . Sometimes
resins secreted from trees cov-
er a creature, and it is fos-
silized as it is. This is called an
amber fossil ….like the cock-
roach in amber in this picture.
