nally burning the body.

1930. Thousands of Whites armed
with baseball bats beat the two to
death before hanging them.
In the 1930s, the Ku Klux Klan be-
gan to grow. These lynchings are
just two of the countless examples
of the hatred and ruthlessness that
racism brings with it.
