Allah reveals this order in the following way:
"If you should see anyone at all, just say: 'I have made a
vow of abstinence to the All-Merciful, and today I will not
speak to any human being'." (Surah Maryam, 26)
When Allah gave her the good news of The Prophet Jesus'
(pbuh) birth, He also revealed that the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) would
speak as a baby in the cradle. This miracle became a big help for
Mary from the Lord:
