Ants. Ants, in ad-
dition to all their
interesting skills,
also do "animal
breeding". As
seen in these pic-
tures, ants make
a "flock" for
themselves from
aphids and use
this "flock" to ob-
tain food. In re-
turn, they look af-
ter their "flock"
very well, keeping
them by their
side, and protect-
ing them against
their enemies.
The "animal
breeding" of ants
is, no doubt, an
interesting exam-
ple of symbiosis
observed in the
world of insects.
