a Muslim at my death and join me to the people
who are righteous.’ This is news of the Unseen
which We reveal to you. You were not with them
when they decided what to do and devised their
scheme. But most people, for all your eagerness,
are not believers. You do not ask them for any
wage for it. It is only a reminder to all beings.
(12:94-104)
(The man who believed said, ‘My people!) Yusuf
brought you the Clear Signs before, but you
never stopped doubting what he brought to you
to the extent that when he died, you said, "Allah
will never send another Messenger after him."
That is how Allah misguides those who are un-
bridled and full of doubt.’ (40:34)
