The All-Merciful and Most Merciful
Nests and dens are very important for pro-
tecting young animals. As a result, some species build nests
and dens with various architectural qualities and techniques.
Usually they make plans like an architect and work like an ex-
perienced bricklayer; they devise technical solutions like an en-
gineer and sometimes adorn their nests and dens like an interi-
or decorator. Sometimes these expert con-
tractors work day and night. If they
have mates, the two work
together, sharing the effort.
