SNAKE FLY (Raphidioptera)
Age: 125 million years
Location: Santana Formation, Araripe Basin, Brazil
Period: Cretaceous
Snake flies, of which there are estimated to be 150 or so species, are members of the class
Raphidioptera—another life form showing that evolution never took place. In fact, scientific cir-
cles are well aware that the fossil record does not support evolution. But because of their ideo-
logical dependance on the theory, they never openly admit this fact.
In his book Aquagenesis, The Origin and Evolution of Life in the Sea, Richard Ellis states that fos-
sils prove stasis, rather than the
change expected by evolution:
The fossil evidence does not pro-
vide ready answers to questions of
descent or relationships, but it un-
equivocally demonstrates the du-
rability and complexity of life’s
history on Earth.” (Richard Ellis,
Aquagenesis, The Origin and
Evolution of Life in the Sea, Penguin
Books, 2001, p. 6)
