anywhere, he finds himself in a
totally different world.

The hero's body is in a
twentieth century
simulating device, but he
finds himself in the
nineteenth century. He
thinks everything is real,
but the cars, the people,
his own clothing, even his
own appearance are
actually composed of
impressions projected to
his brain. None of them is
real.

In recent years, many movies have been made about this reality. The scenes you see above are
from just one out of hundreds of such films in which people are connected to a computer and live
in a completely different world made up of impressions that seem very real. These films help us to
grasp this obvious and important reality which most of us have not considered before.
