Only Love Can Defeat Terrorism

understanding, with all the soul, and with all the strength,
and to love one's neighbor as oneself, is more than all the
whole burnt offerings and sacrifices." (Mark 12, 28-33)

Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth
through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one
                        another fervently with a pure heart… (1 Peter 1, 22)

Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for
one another; love as brothers, be tender hearted, be
courteous; not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling,
but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called
                        to this, that you may inherit a blessing… (1 Peter 3, 8-10)
And above all things, have fervent love for one another, for
"love will cover a multitude of sins." Be hospitable to one

another without grumbling. As each one has received a gift,
minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold
                        grace of God. (1 Peter 4, 8-10)

                        LOVING ONE'S ENEMY

"You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your
neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I say to you, love your
enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who
hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and
                        persecute you. (Matthew 5, 43-44)

"But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to
those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for
those who spitefully use you. To him who strikes you on the
one cheek, offer the other also. And from him who takes
