The British deep state admitted that it targeted Africa for its
rich resources and Rhodes carried out brutal acts to this end.

This racist frame of mind was, in fact, a summary of the basic thinking

of the then British deep state. During the same period, when it became clear
that North America was not going to be taken with military methods, the

deep state decided to use racial differences as leverage. To this end, the British
deep state started focusing on eugenics policies. (Eugenics: the idea of im-

proving a human race by eliminating the weak and the disabled, and encour-
aging breeding of healthy individuals.) Cecil Rhodes and Lord Alfred Milner's

'Round Table' became the top promoter of this policy.

The Round Table movement created a 'eugenics' society in the 1880s and
