During the training you will be working and interacting with delegates from other parts of the Toyota

and Lexus family, as well as with delegates from other Centres.

Whilst discussion amongst delegates and sharing of experience is encouraged to complement the

curriculum, we all have a responsibility as employees of our respective companies to ensure

discussions do not extend to disclosure of confidential information.

Specifically, under no circumstances should you discuss:

- individual company strategy, market behaviour or market share;

- any kind of price or sales data (e.g. price levels, discounts, promotions, policies or margins) or other

commercially sensitive information such as could adjust another company’s competitive behaviour;

- reveal the commercial relationship between any one of your companies, customers or suppliers.
