  An update from the German office
The German team has been actively serving the company’s customer base and has seen significant traction throughout the DACH region so far this year. We’ve seen a growing interest in PatDoc’s PAIR Alerts over the last few months since the coverage was expanded to include the EPO, WIPO, KIPO, JPO and CNIPA. Also, IPShare remains a popular solution as many companies continue to work remotely or across borders as a centralised location for IP teams to collaborate on patent and non-patent literature.
The German office will be present at several patent-related events where we maintain an intensive dialog with our customers, exchanging valuable experiences with representatives of leading research institutions and discussing ways of enhancing our services.
Later this year, Geschäftsführer Jochen Lennhof is looking forward to presenting a talk at IP Service World on Minesoft’s time-saving Legal Tech solutions – a great opportunity to introduce PatDocs and IPShare to a new audience.
 An update from the US office
The US team has been busier than ever since the acquisition in February. The team is excited to welcome Spencer Slaine as President of North America, who will help lead the US office into the next evolution of the company, as we accelerate the development of new products and expand the North American footprint.
Relationship building like this helps provide the necessary feedback for Minesoft’s dedicated development team to continue to improve and add to our product suite going forward.
The support team will be reaching out over the phone and via on-site visits to help maximise our clients’ ability to use Minesoft services. We’re also looking forward to exhibiting at conferences on the east and west coast of the United States in 2022 – look out for us this spring/summer at IP Counsel Café, and the Intellectual Property & Innovation Summit, and later in the year, we’ll be at IPO Annual and AIPLA!
