As always, the Minesoft Development team has been
busy making minor (or major!) tweaks to our product suite based on client feedback. After all, who better to help navigate product development than the people who use it every day! This year, we’ve made some big updates to PatBase Analytics, we’ve expanded the coverage of PAIR Alerts to now include international file histories and we’ve made some small but useful changes to IPShare to improve collaboration and productivity.
This continuous innovation has been instrumental in us winning a series of awards for our products. Head of Software Development and Co-Founder, Ophir Daniel, was named one of the Top 50 Innovators of the Year by CIO Bulletin. Minesoft was named LegalTech Company of the Year by ACQ5 Awards. Finally, The Business Fame included Minesoft in their list of Most Recommended LegalTech Solution Providers in 2021. Our Client Success and Digital Marketing team were also thrilled to pick up the awards for Customer Service and Digital Marketing at the regional Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. The Richmond Business Awards are a recognition and celebration of local business success.
