New appointments Caitlin O’Neill
Caitlin, is a Customer Support and International Marketing Executive at Minesoft. Caitlin has a degree in International Law and previously worked in Business Development and Marketing within the IP software and creative industries before joining the team.
Caitlin grew up in France and attended a French school which helped her develop her language skills, essential when supporting French clients. This exposure to different languages has enabled her to develop an objective mindset and build a natural curiosity, which is especially useful when writing Minesoft blog posts.
Jon Soares
Jon recently joined Minesoft as a Customer Success Executive. He’s originally Brazilian and moved to the UK almost two decades ago. Since then, he’s acquired a lot of experience in Customer Support and as a Marketing specialist.
Jon is an avid linguist mastering French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese and Spanish which are a great asset when assisting and communicating with clients from around the world. In addition to his passion for learning languages, he enjoys investigating world cultures, especially that of Japan.
Yuyao Gao (Genie)
Yuyao joined Minesoft as a New Business Sales Executive, focusing on the Chinese markets. Genie has a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, as well as a Chinese teaching certificate. She worked for a media company in Shanghai and participated in sailing competitions before moving to London in 2018.
Genie enjoys challenging projects and concentrating on self-development, an essential trait to have when working in business development. She is excited to be able to work within a market that is familiar to her and for which she has a good understanding of the culture.
Barinder Matharu
Barinder joined Minesoft as a Machine Learning Engineer
Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Warwick. He is excited to utilise his skills in this area and apply cutting edge machine learning algorithms to enhance the suite of Minesoft products.
In his free time, Barinder is an avid snooker and pool player and frequently participates in tournaments across the UK.
