An update from the German office
With conferences slowly starting to pick up again across Europe and in-person meetings still not fully resumed, the German team are focusing their efforts on providing free webinars for German speakers and continuing to support their clients online.
Jochen Lennhof attended the Patente Conference in Vienna in October and was pleased to give a presentation at the IP Service World in November in Munich, alongside Peter Niermann. This was a great opportunity to present the benefits of PatDocs and IPShare when sharing patent data with clients and colleagues, as well as how Pat-KM
can improve internal IP knowledge management with personalised IP workflows and custom taxonomies.
PASSWORD in Germany featured a great interview with Jochen where he had the opportunity to explain the benefits of Pat-KM, PatDocs and IPShare for IP professionals. He continued by iterating how the team went above and beyond to provide excellent online training and support to our clients throughout the pandemic, as well as the seamless rollout of the new PatBase search engine last year to all customers.
An update from the US office
After over a year without conferences, Minesoft USA are thrilled to be back on the road again. With Thomas Smith at the IP WatchDog conference in Dallas and Joe Corrales at the IPO Annual Meeting in Austin in September, the team were delighted to be able to meet clients and industry professionals face-to-face.
Spahr and Clement Puiggali are also looking forward to being at the PIUG Biotech next year.
The team are continuing to support clients with online training sessions and a new webinar series with Minesoft client, Scott Bloomer. They are hopeful they will soon be able to resume in person meetings. Having joined about a year ago, team members Joe Corrales, Thomas Smith and Renee Inman are eager to meet their clients in person for the first time and draw from their wealth of IP experience to support them with their needs.
Tim Campbell attended the Consero IP Management Forum in Irving in October and will be participating in the Consero IP Life Sciences Forum, IPMI IP Management Forum and Global IP Exchange Forum over the next few months. Kevin
