  TheraBand® FlexBar® pg. 12 Tyler Twist
1 Grasp FlexBar® on bottom with affected arm and extent wrist.
2 Grasp FlexBar® on top with opposite hand, palm facing away from you.
3 Twist bar with top hand as you hold steady with bottom hand.
4 Extend both elbows in front.
5 Slowly control the release of the bar with affected arm.
6 Rest and repeat.
Wrist Pronation
1 With affected arm, grasp one end of FlexBar® with palm facing up.
2 Secure FlexBar® by grasping oppposite end with second arm, palms down.
3 Keeping forearm stable, slowly rotate affected arm until palm is facing downward.
4 Hold 2-3 seconds.
5 Slowly return to starting position and repeat.
Wrist Supination
1 With affected arm, grasp one end of FlexBar® with palm down.
2 Keeping forearm stable, slowly pull up against FlexBar®, rotating palm and wrist up toward ceiling.
3 Hold 2-3 seconds.
4 Slowly return to starting position and repeat.

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Keep back and trunk straight while holding core tight.
Grasp one end of the FlexBar® at the base. Raise arm, holding it in front of body just below shoulder height.
Oscillate FlexBar® side-to-side for 20-30 seconds. Rest and repeat.
