  pg. 11 TheraBand® CLX Neck Stabilization
1 Place middle TheraBand® CLX around back of head. Place both hands in a loop on either side.
2 Hold arms in front at eye level with elbows bent at 90 degrees keeping slight tension in the band.
3 Keep neck in a neutral position and chin slightly tucked in to stabilize.
4 Extend arms straight out in front of you, while maintain neck position.
5 Hold briefly and slowly return to starting position.
Dual Vector Shoulder Rotation
1 Place end loop of the TheraBand® CLX around upper arm.
2 Anchor the center of the CLX around the opposite foot.
3 Grasp the end loop of the CLX with the opposite hand, side you started with in step one.
4 Using an open hand grip, raise your arm to 90 degrees.
5 Slowly rotate your hand upwards towards the ceiling,
hold for three seconds and return to starting position.
Tip: Maintain your shoulder blade in a good position while rotating your arm upwards towards the ceiling.
Shoulder Extension with Hands Open
1 Secure TheraBand® CLX and Door Anchor in door.
2 Loop ends of CLX around hands with hands facing forward,
away from body.
3 Pull both arms back to sides of the body while squeezing shoulder blades together.
4 Slowly return to starting position and repeat.
Dead Bug
1 Place each foot into center loops of the TheraBand® CLX keeping one loop between feet.
2 Place each hand into end loops of the CLX.
3 Lie on back with shoulders, hips, and knees bent at
90 degrees.
4 Extend left leg while moving your right arm overhead, holding steady at the core throughout the movement.
5 Slowly return to starting position and repeat on opposite side.
