• Save the pdf file in the following format of file

nameClass_Section_Subject_Full Name

• Student must not leave the session, till he/she gets the
confirmation from the invigilator that the paper has been
submitted.

• The student must send the same PDF file by email to the

subject teacher immediately – not later than 15 minutes
of the completion of exam.

• Student must keep track of time on own responsibility

and finish the paper within the given timeframe.

• Keep sufficient power/electricity backup. Ensure that
there is a backup solution like UPS, Inverter, Generator
etc... Laptop / notebooks must be fully charged having

sufficient backup time during exam.

• Ensure that you have a stable, uninterrupted internet
connection for your exam.
