PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE
T
he month of May is important to the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce.
This is when the board of directors get together for our annual two-day of-
site retreat and evaluate the current year’s activities and plan for the future.
We talk about the opportunities and strengths of our organization and how
we can leverage these going forward.
This strategic planning session gives us the chance to create goals and
