The purpose of this Handbook is to bring together all the important Finacle-Menus of different fields

like inquiry, transactions, reports etc. in an expedient position. Moreover, most of the essential GL
account numbers that are required to be used in our routine works have been gathered here. Branch

operations managers should keep this book close by at-hand to become familiar with the contents - if

& when required. However, this handbook is not a user-manual & may not answer all of the queries or

fulfills all the necessities that a user may have about Finacle-10. If the handbook does not answer any
question, user must review & check basic User Manual of Finacle-10 that have been provided by CBL-

IT-Department. The handbook might be modified at the discretion of the handbook-team at any time.

It is not all inclusive rather just a helping tool for the users which does not promise or guarantee any
