Why not just go direct to a bank or apply online?

• Your bank can only offer you the products they have available.
• The rates offered by your bank may not be competitive but they won’t tell you that.
• They can’t give you a comparison on the most competitive lenders & their products

for you to consider.
• Your bank may not be able to offer you all the product features you require.
• Every bank has different credit policies regarding income, liabilities, savings history,
term of loan, documentary requirements etc. that can affect your ability to borrow the
amount you require or even if you can borrow at all.

• There can be significant differences between banks that you will not be aware of –
often until it’s too late.
• There are so many lenders & loan products available – how do you know which one is
the most suitable for your specific circumstances & requirements.

• Do you even know what loan features you require?
• If you go direct or apply online who goes through all the supporting documentation to
make sure that everything presented gives you the best chance of getting your loan
approved – once a lender sees something they don’t like you can’t take it back!
