How to Calculate Your Expression Number

Your Expression Number is calculated by assigning a
numerical value (1-9) to each letter in your name.
Let’s break it down using the example of Hermione
Granger, the brilliant witch of Harry Potter fame.

Separate your full birth name into first, middle, and
last names.
HERMIONE JEAN GRANGER

Using the numerology chart, assign values to each
letter.
HERMIONE= 85949655
JEAN = 1515
GRANGER = 7915759

Add the values for each name separately, reducing

each total to a single digit unless it’s a master
number (11 or 22), which are left intact.
HERMIONE= 85949655 = 51 = 5 + 1 = 6
JEAN = 1515 = 12 = 1 + 2 = 3
GRANGER = 7915759 = 43 = 4 + 3 = 7

Add the resulting numbers, reducing them to a
single digit or master number (11 or 22).
