Soy and Ginger Salmon
with Soba Noodles
This light dinner is perfect for a midweek meal, and is full of rich flavor with
fresh ginger!
Ingredients: Heat a large non-stick frying pan. Lift
Thumb-sized piece ginger, peeled and the fish from the marinade with a slotted
finely chopped spoon and fry for 2-3 minutes on each

Instructions: minutes before the end. Drain well.
