Meet the Founder of
Breathe & Birth
A portion of Casey’s story:
Ever since I hypnobirthed my daughter in May 2022, I
became so passionate about birth, labour and babies. I
even considered training to become a midwife! Within
2 years, more of my friends and family have continued
to have babies and I have been the go-to-gal for
knowledge, support and insight. I have loved every
minute showing up for the women in my life during
such an important time in their lives and I didn't want
to stop. Working with mums and their families was
definitely a career path that was under my nose
