In this sector, a number of projects have been executed
nationwide, being one of the most important the one
implemented in Ica, “Urb. Residencial San Carlos”. This project
consists of 810 single-family housing units. It has been placed
on the mortgage market through Mi Vivienda program, with the
support of major financial institutions of the country.

Also, the project named “San Carlitos” has been implemented.
This project addresses the Techo Propio Program, which 39
consists of 116 single-family housing units.

An ambitious building project was executed, “Las Casuarinas de
Ica”, whose stages I, II, III, IV, V and VI have been already built. páginas
This project was developed under the Techo Propio Program,
and it consists of more than 3500 housing units, with all the
services of a modern urbanization and with seismic structures,
motorways, sidewalks, water supply and sewerage service,
reservoir, its own well, public recreation and educational
facilities.

In addition, we developed urban infrastructure for 308 lots in
Pisco district and province, in the department of Ica.
