IVC Contratistas Generales began operations in 1988, as an engineering services
company. Over time, we achieved a promising position in the construction field
based on the patient development of reciprocal relationships, honest purposes
and commitment to our customers. The initial activities took place in the public and
private sector, in the areas of building, hydraulic works, sanitation, transportation
and energy, becoming a successful developer and builder of housing projects.

The success achieved by IVC since its foundation rests on key factors, the most
prominent of these would be: the strategic design of a service company; a
professional and entrepreneurial management aligned with established goals; the
overall responsibility with which contracts are managed; the image and reputation of 9
reliability, capability and compliance; and finally, the vision and long-term commitment.
