Places First
We should adopt a more human approach to planning. We should link together the core elements of the best places, and then test our proposals against them.
Arbitrary technical analysis should be supporting this “Places First” agenda, not driving it.
Development boundaries should be suitably “fuzzy”, to integrate old and new – that’s how people interact with places and spaces.

• Energy and Water
• Viability and Economics
