Fee Structure for SRE Activities
1. Time charge basis - £220 per hour (exc VAT) for project inception and
planning activities (Local Plan support and Planning Application(s))
2. Fixed Fee elements to be agreed where work scope can be defined
3. Agency Fee for Delivery & Land Disposal Activities – 1% of Sale Value for
each Freehold parcel sold, paid from proceeds
4. Terms to be agreed relating to Leases, JV’s and Partnerships
