5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper or
cooking spray. Place mounds on baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. (about 8
cookies per sheet) Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until edges have set and tops are just
beginning to set, even if slightly undercooked, pale and glossy in the center. Do not
bake longer than 12 minutes, as cookies will firm up as they cool. Cool for 5
minutes on baking sheets and then transfer to cooling rack to finish cooling.
6. Cookies will keep in airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in
the freezer for up to 3 months.
