I’ve taken as you find your own path toward success.

To make the information easier to navigate, I’ve broken the book

down into four parts. The first section, “Developing Synergy with Your

Manager,” will be especially helpful for Admins just getting started,
or for those who work with Managers who are particularly

demanding. The second, “Developing Effective Leadership Skills,” is
designed to help Admins who are responsible for managing a team.

The third part offers tips and principles for developing a positive and
diverse work environment. We close with “Being and Doing Your

Best,” which offers practical tips for building your own professional

skills while taking personal time to unplug and regroup.

At the end of each part of the book, you’ll find a section called “Action
Steps” with some practical questions for applying what you’ve just
