CONCLUSION

As you’ve read through this book, I hope you’ve found at least a few

Points of Wisdom that spoke to you on your current journey.
Hopefully you’ve discovered some keys to forming symbiotic

relationships both with your teammates and the Executives you

serve, as well as ways to create a positive work environment for
yourself and others. And hopefully you’ve also experienced some

personal inspiration.

All that said, everyone must find their own rhythm as an Executive

Administrator, the same as in almost every other profession. Your
path to success will look different than mine did, simply because no

two Assistants or Executives are exactly alike. As you develop your
career, you’re likely to discover some Points of Wisdom for yourself

that aren’t covered in these pages. (I truly hope so.)
