…Standing in the Hall of Fame!
No wedge required – HUB wins back restaurant chain on
strength of relationship and service.
A private equity deal breaks up a great relationship
One of HUB's largest restaurant clients was lost to a competitor several years ago
through a Private Equity sale. With over 210 US locations and 95 more globally,
Ken Schreiber and his team were disappointed to see them move but confident
that HUB's great relationship with the company management would eventually swing
the account back to HUB.
Keeping the lines of communication open
Becky Minichini and Josh Doty, the original service team, made a point of staying in touch with the company
Risk Manager, who would reach out for advice on occasion. The Risk Manager claimed, "I've never worked
with a better service team," and made it clear he was hopeful that if
and when a change in leadership occurred, that he would want to
return to working with HUB.
When the pandemic hit….
