OPERATIONAL UPDATES
Thanks to you, we are experiencing significant growth in the Groups Department. To elevate our service levels and meet your expectations, we have restructured the department. Groups Sales and Groups Operations are now two divisions of the same department. However, you can still rely on your Groups Sales agent, as your main contact, to support you along the way with any needs you may have.
CONTRACTED GROUPS SALES – Led by Casey Law, Senior Groups Manager claw@vacationexpress.com
Groups Sales will offer expertise on groups options based on your needs, process quotes and send contracts. The Groups team can be reached directly, by pressing option #2 on our main phone menu, and now has fully dedicated team members in this queue who can provide you with quick assistance.

Contracted Groups:
Once we have received a deposit for your contracted group this team will take over the management of your group including sending invoices, processing changes, sending out documents, etc.
Express Groups:
The Operations team will also manage Express Groups code creation and applying comps & discounts. Since Express Groups bookings are all individual bookings, you can make them online or via the Contact Center. All regular processes and procedures apply. The Groups Department cannot assist with questions about specific bookings.
