1. For ease and clarity, even though the Operations Team is there to assist you with your ongoing needs, your Groups Sales agent remains your main contact for any assistance you may need during the life of your group.

4. Contracts are now sent via DocuSign, which offers more standardization, automatic follow-up from DocuSign until signature is completed, better tracking and is easier for agents to apply initials
Today’s travel environment is very different from pre- pandemic times. With staff shortages in all parts of our industry, including at hotels, turnaround times are very different from the past. To ensure that your client has the right expectation from the beginning, we highly encourage you to share with your clients that special requests may take one week or longer to be confirmed.
