Caitlyn Halliday

Hi, name is Caitlyn Halliday and I am the School Captain
at Wyrallah Road. Even though I haven't been at
Wyrallah Road Public School for long I will still miss it.

Moving into high school will be exciting but sad. I will be

leaving lots of memories and my friends behind.

A memorable moment I won’t forget are all the camps

we went on. In high school you don't really go on camp
so I had to enjoy it while I could. Coffs Coast, Camp K,

Brisbane and the year 3 sleepover. Coffs Coast was
definitely the most fun. We got to do a Commando

Course, Mega Drop, fencing and archery. At Camp K we
got to do swinging in the chapel, surfing and vertical challenge.

One of the happiest memories is being a kinder buddy and hearing my name being called out

to be the 2020 school captain. Being Captain is really fun but we haven't really done much
due to corona virus. Soon I will be back to being the youngest in the school and needing help
making my way around the school. I Hope I will get the opportunity to become captain in

high school and help everyone out again.

I will also miss just having one teacher for every subject.
You get to know them better and talk to them more. Soon

I will just know the teachers by miss and sir. I will also
miss my friends as Abbie is going to Woodlawn and Eva is

going to Trinity. It will be just me and Amelie and
potentially more friends to come. I can’t wait to make

new friends from a different variety of places.
