What is an Affirmation?
• An affirmation is what you say or think about yourself. It is a form of self-talk.
• Affirmations are words and phrases that encourage you to do your best and live your best.

• Printout affirmation see attachment • Affirmation cards (preferably kept in a box that looks like a treasure box.
Decorating the box is optional)
• Paper dolls in various skin tones
• Googly eyes
• Fabric or Printed paper is optional • Yarn for hair
• Buttons, trimming
• Markers
• Glue
