GIDEON MEYER
Gideon Meyer’s passion for wildlife and understanding of elephants has
led to his nickname, the elephant professor, given to him by a Danish
family. He specialises in sustainable tourism, environmental manage-
ment, conservation, education and awareness and community based
natural resource management
Gideon has over 25 years experience in the conservation and eco-tourism
industry.
He has a remarkable talent and skill for rehabilitating injured and or-
phaned animals.
